These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Next Starter ("we", "our", or "the Product"), a software product available at https://www.next-starter.co. By purchasing or using Next Starter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Next Starter for your own personal or commercial projects. This license permits you to:
- Use the code to build unlimited projects for yourself or your clients
- Modify the code to suit your needs
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the source code as a template, boilerplate, or starter kit
- Share your repository access with anyone who has not purchased a license
- Claim authorship of the original, unmodified codebase
2. Access and Delivery
After a successful purchase, you will receive access to the private GitHub repository via an email invitation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid GitHub username and email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Because Next Starter is a digital product with immediate access to the source code, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once repository access has been granted.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and any credentials associated with your use of Next Starter. You agree not to share your access with unauthorized third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
Next Starter and all associated materials (including code, documentation, and branding) remain the intellectual property of Next Starter. Your license grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying product.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Next Starter to:
- Build anything unlawful or fraudulent
- Distribute malware or engage in any form of abuse
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Next Starter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment or use case.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Starter and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Next Starter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
